A pipeline electric heater is a device that converts electrical energy into thermal energy. In work, low-temperature fluid medium enters the inlet of the heater under pressure and follows a specific heat exchange channel in the electric heating container. The path designed by fluid mechanics is used to carry the high-temperature energy generated by the electric heating element during operation, causing the temperature of the heated medium to rise, and the outlet of the electric heater meets the process requirements.
Air duct heaters are mainly used for air heating, with specifications divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common structural feature is that the steel plate supports the electric heating tube, reducing the vibration of the electric heating tube when the fan stops. The inner chamber of the heater is equipped with an overtemperature protection device. It can be used for auxiliary heating of equipment such as mines, coal washing plants, drying rooms, paint baking rooms, flue gas treatment, vulcanization machines, etc.
