2.Working principle of thermal oil electric heating furnace：
For a thermal oil electric heating furnace, heat is generated and transmitted by an electric heating element immersed in the thermal oil. The thermal oil is used as the medium, and a circulation pump is used to force the thermal oil to circulate in the liquid phase. The heat is transferred to one or more heat consuming devices, and after being unloaded by the heat consuming devices, it is re passed through the circulation pump, returned to the heater, absorbed heat, and transferred to the heat consuming devices. This cycle is repeated to achieve continuous heat transfer, Raise the temperature of the heated object to meet the heating process requirements.
