■Main features of the product

1. Select high-quality raw materials:

　　Heating wire: Use high-quality high-temperature alloy resistance wire (Ni80Cr20).

　　Filler: High purity crystalline magnesium oxide powder is selected.

　　Pipe material: According to the usage conditions, high-quality 304, 321, 310S, 316L and INCOLOY800, INCONEL600 series stainless steel pipes imported from the United States are selected.

2. Adopting scientific and advanced technology:

　　Fully automatic wire winding: The heating wire is wound using a fully automatic wire winding machine with uniform spacing and a resistance error of ≤ 0.01 Ω.

　　Fully automatic filling: Using an Italian imported fully automatic powder filling machine to fill magnesium oxide powder, the filling is uniform.

　　Fully automatic tube shrinking: advanced fully automatic high-precision tube shrinking machine is used, with a diameter error of less than 0.02mm.

3. Use special processing technology: Through high-temperature nitriding treatment at 1100 ℃, completely eliminate the moisture in the heating tube and the stress generated during the processing.
